Making a booking
A booking is confirmed once we have received your payment and sent written confirmation. The lead guest must be over 21 and present throughout the stay.
Payment
Full payment is taken at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, please tell us in writing as soon as possible. We strongly recommend holiday insurance. Our full cancellation policy will be confirmed with your booking.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am unless otherwise stated in your arrival information.
Occupancy and pets
The number of guests and dogs must not exceed the maximum stated for the property. Dogs are only permitted at dog-friendly homes.
Your responsibilities
Please treat the home with care and respect neighbours. You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Our responsibilities
We describe each home accurately and do everything we reasonably can to make sure it is clean, safe and ready for your arrival.
Complaints
If anything is not right, please tell us straight away so we can put it right during your stay.
